UCB CAMPORED OIL is indicated as a cardiac tonic in all cases of decreased myocardial activity caused by infectious and inflammatory diseases such as bronchopneumonia, laryngitis, bronchitis and others, also in cases of illnesses that are accompanied by a febrile state and as well as other illnesses that require of stimulation of bronchial secretions.

Camphor acts by stimulating the Nervous System Medulla Bulbar Centers and the Circulatory System causing a small increase in heart rate which in turn determines the increase in blood circulation throughout the animal organism.
This increase in blood circulation causes skin vasodilation, causing sweating which promotes an increase in the dissipation of body temperature causing it to decrease (anti-febrile effect) in addition to these properties already mentioned, camphor exerts an expectorant action on bronchial secretions.
Dosage:
Equidae and Cattle: 10 to 20 mL.
Sheep, goats and pigs: 5 to 10 mL.
Piglets: 2 mL apply 1 to 2 times a day depending on the severity of the disease.
The above doses may be taken 1 to 2 times a day depending on the severity of the disease or at the discretion of the Veterinarian.
Management:
Administer only intramuscularly.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
