Pentabiotic® Veterinary 1,200,000UI is indicated for the following infections:
diarrhea (Escherichia spp, Salmonella spp, Proteus spp), mastitis (Streptococcus spp, Bacillus spp, Escherichia spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pasteurella spp, Corynebacterium spp), actinomycosis (Actinomyces sppacillus spp), carbuncle Escherichia spp, Corynebacterium spp, Pasteurella spp, Pseudomonas spp), pneumonias (Pasteurella spp, Haemophilus spp, Pneumococcus spp, Streptococcus spp), meningitis (Streptococcus spp, Meningococcus Camper spp. (Streptococcus spp), abortions (Leptospira spp, Listeria spp, Actinobacillus spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pasteurella spp), erysipelas (Erysipelothrix spp).
Pentabiótico® Veterinário Small Size can be used in cattle, horses, sheep and goats.

Each vial (1.7 g) with powder contains:
Benzylpenicillin Benzathine____________________ 600,000 IU
Benzylpenicillin procaine_____________________ 300,000 IU
Benzylpenicillin Potassium_____________________300,000 IU
Dihydrostreptomycin base (sulfate)_____________250 mg
Streptomycin base (sulfate)__________________ 250 mg
Ampoule with diluent sterile distilled water_______ 3 mL
dosage and method of use:
For cattle and horses:
Use an average dose of 5 mL for every 100 kg of body weight, which corresponds to 12,000 IU of penicillins per kg and 5 mg of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin per kg.
For sheep and goats:
Use the average dose of 6 ml for 100 kg of body weight, which corresponds to 14,400 IU of penicillins per kg and 6 mg of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin per kg.
Preparation of the suspension and route of application: the suspension must be made at the time of application with the entire volume of the diluent, whose bottle comes with a container with
the powder.
Give the injection deep intramuscularly, pulling the plunger before injecting the medicine, to make sure that no blood vessels are reached.

Attention: obey the following grace periods - cattle, goats and sheep:
Slaughter: the slaughter of animals treated with this product should only be carried out 30 days after the last application.
Milk: This product should NOT be applied to females producing milk for human consumption.
Horses: This product should NOT be applied to animals intended for slaughter for human consumption.
