Kinetomax is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that promotes rapid recovery in animals in a single dose. The product has high action power in cases of diarrhea, other digestive infections, respiratory infections (pneumonia), postpartum infections, genitourinary tract and navel infections, Mastitis, in the MMA complex (Methritis Mastitis Agalaxia), in cases of pododermatitis, skin infections, septic infections and in the treatment of postoperative infections resulting from castrations, dehorns, laparotomy and accidental injuries

Indications:
Kinetomax acts on infections of cattle, swine, sheep and goats, caused by gram negative and gram positive bacteria, and mycoplasmas sensitive to enrofloxacin.
It is especially indicated in:
- Enteric infections (diarrhea) and other digestive infections by Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp.
- Respiratory infections (pneumonias) caused by Staphylococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Bordetella spp., Mycoplasma spp., Haemophilus spp., Actinobacillus spp., Streptococcus spp., and Corynebacterium spp.
- Postpartum, genitourinary and navel infections caused by Escherichia coli, Corynebacterium spp., Streptococcus spp. and Staphylococcus spp.
- Mastitis caused by Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Corynebacterium spp., Proteus spp. and Mycoplasma spp.
- In the MMA (Methritis Mastitis Agalaxia) complex, caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., Mycoplasma spp., Staphylococcus spp. and Streptococcus spp.
- In hoof infection (pododermatitis) caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum.
- In skin infections caused by Staphylococcus spp., Fusobacterium spp., Streptococcus spp., Proteus spp. and Corynebacterium spp.
- In septicemic infections caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Haemophillus spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Actinobacillus spp., Erysipelothrix spp. eStaphylococcus spp.
- It is also indicated for the treatment of postoperative infections resulting from castrations, dehorns, laparotomies and accidental injuries.
Dosage:
Apply 3 ml for every 40 kg of body weight, equivalent to 7.5 ml in a single dose. if necessary, repeat after 72 hours.
Body Weight 40 kg - Single dose 3 mL
Body Weight 80 kg - Single dose 6 mL
Body Weight 200 kg - Single dose 15 mL
Body Weight 400 kg - Single dose 30 mL
Administration:
Kinetomax is ready to use.
With the aid of a syringe and needle, apply the product intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Precautions:
Do not apply more than 15 mL per application site.
Observe normal aseptic care for injections in animals.
Once opened, use the content within 28 days.
Drug interactions
Avoid the associated use of quinolones with vitamin complexes or solutions containing iron, zinc, manganese and calcium, as they reduce enrofloxacin absorption.
Safety
The product is very safe. It has a good general tolerance in all animal species with a wide therapeutic margin, even in cases of prolonged administration.
Tolerance
Kinetomax has extraordinary tissue tolerance, preventing damage to the carcass. In calves in poor body condition, thin, cachectic, preferentially use the subcutaneous or intravenous routes. Occasionally, mild or transient reactions may occur at the application site, which disappear without the need for any treatment.
Grace period
Observe the following periods between the last application and the slaughter of the animals or the use of milk for human consumption:
Meat: 14 days
Milk: 3 days
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
Do not store or apply with food, drinks, medicines, hygiene and household products.
