Features and Benefits of Fortgal Anti-Inflammatory:
The association between antibiotics and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug allows the adequate treatment of infectious processes in which inflammation control is also necessary. Both sulfadoxine/trimethoprim and piroxicam have a high plasma half-life enabling a prolonged therapeutic effect with a single application of the anti-inflammatory Fortgal.
Dosage and how to use the anti-inflammatory Fortgal:
The product should be used in a single dose in the following doses and administration routes:
Adult cattle: 20 to 30 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Calves: 5 to 15 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Adult horses: 20 to 30 ml intravenously (preferred) or intramuscularly.
Foals: 5 to 15 ml intravenously (preferred) or intramuscularly.
Calves: 3 to 5 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Sows: 8 to 12 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Fattening pigs: 5 to 8 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Piglets: 1 to 2 ml intravenously, intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
Adult sheep: 3 to 5 ml intravenously or intramuscularly.
Lambs: 05 to 1 ml intravenously or intramuscularly.
Withdrawal Period of the anti-inflammatory Fortgal:
It is recommended that animals whose meat is intended for human consumption should only be slaughtered 5 days after the last administration of the product. It is recommended not to use for human consumption the milk produced by animals within 1 day after the last administration of the product.
