INDICATIONS:
Indicated for sick bovines and horses with anorexia, for the correction of
hydroelectrolytic imbalance (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium) and
energy imbalance (glucose, vitamin B12 and sodium lactate).
The effectiveness of this product has not been evaluated by the Ministry of Agriculture,
Livestock and Supply
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION, METHOD OF USE AND DOSAGE:
Add the contents of the vial (Vitamin B12) into the vial of
500 ml. Shake the bottle slightly so that the solution turns a color
homogeneous. Administer intravenously at a dosage of 15 to
20 ml/kg/h.
Duration of treatment:
The treatment should last as long as necessary for the cause of the
dehydration is corrected and the animal resumes drinking water and food in
sufficient amount to stay hydrated and/or at the Physician's discretion
Vet.
GRACE PERIOD:
ATTENTION: COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GRACE PERIODS
CATTLE: SLAUGHTER – ZERO LACK; MILK: ZERO DEMAND.
HORSES: SLAUGHTER – ZERO DEMAND.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer the product subcutaneously, intramuscularly or orally.
Do not administer the product to animal species that are not covered
in the package insert.
After preparation, the product must be administered within 6 hours, not
administer it after that period.
PRECAUTIONS:
• Animals must be contained in species-specific trunks.
• Clean the application site with iodized alcohol and, if possible, perform the
trichotomy.
• Respect the route of application specified in the package insert.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Clinical studies carried out in cattle and horses have shown that the
product has no side effects when administered accordingly
with the package insert.
DRUG INTERACTIONS:
The product can be administered concomitantly with other drugs.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Keep in a cool place and store at room temperature (15ºC to 30ºC).
